DSO 01K.2000.LDSO 01K.2000 is a controlled disinfection station comprising a single-zone rotary sole washer with automatic hand disinfection and an electromechanical turnstile. It is intended primarily for hygienic access to protected production areas, particularly in the food industry.
The process starts when the hands are inserted into the automatic disinfection unit, which applies disinfectant spray. Simultaneously, the rotary brushes start and are wetted with disinfectant solution. The station indicator is red during disinfection. After correct hand disinfection, the turnstile is released and passage permitted; the indicator turns green. Without hand disinfection, the turnstile remains locked.
In the opposite direction, the turnstile is released by a push-button. Hand disinfection is not required on exit, but the brushes clean the soles. After the cycle, the tray is briefly rinsed and contaminants pass through a removable strainer to the waste outlet.
The unit is intended for indoor use. The station is freestanding on the floor and is levelled using four adjustable feet.
The unit is made from AISI 304 stainless steel and must not be used in chemically aggressive environments. Chlorine-containing cleaners must not be used. WÜRTH products are recommended for cleaning.
