SOS 1 is the basic element of the unit-built shower control system, which is intended for the social facilities designed with the assembly aisle behing the wall. SOS 1 is equipped with the piezoelectric control button and display for indicating the time. SOS 1 is recessed into the wall of the shower cabin through the hole d = 68 mm. All the water and electric connection are done from the assembling aisle which makes the whole system very resistant against deliberate damage.
Possible alternatives of use:
A) unpaid use of the shower
SOS 1 is in each shower cabin - works independently. The automat is monitoring the amount of water that was used, not the time of stay in the shower cabin. The user operates the shower by the piezoelectric button. After the set amount of water was spent the enforced pause will follow (not possible to open the water during the pause). Hereby the user is forced to leave the cabin. The amount of the water spent and the time of the pause is adjustable.
B) tokens/coins – paid use of the shower
1) one shower cabin
SOS 1 and token (or coin) scanner are placed in the shower cabin. The tokens/coins are collected from the hall behind the cabin. The shower is switched on by inserting the token(coin) – the user has set amount of water which he can control by the piezoelectric button in the shower. When the set amount of water is spent another token must be inserted in order to open the water flow.
2) more shower cabins (max. 10)
SOS 1 controll is in each shower cabin but the central token scanner is placed outside the showers. After inserting the token (coin) the user will choose free shower cabin by the button on the automat (possible optical separation man/woman). Following process as per point 1.
All versions can be supplemented with SOS TV – thermostatic valve in vandal-proof modification for mounting through the wall.
