Under the OZ 02 specification we present assembly of slot channels. Each channel can be connected by means of screwed sleeves and seal to other channels creating long units – no welding is required at installation. The channels can be connected to common gully with braz on four sides by means of screwed sleeves. Products are manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel or from chemically resistant AISI 316 stainless steel.

Channels are manufactured in three standard lengths – 1, 2 and 3 metres. Channel cross section ensures draining of liquid even in very small amounts with minimum decline towards the trap. Channels are provided with sleeves and seal to allow connecting to long units. End of the channel assembly will be connected to a trap; second end will be terminated by an end cap with seal (part of the trap). The channel is equipped by external braces; liquid flow is not constrained in any way. Channels can also be produced in different lengths, as you require.

Floor gully with braz OZ 02.V

The gully allows channel connection from up to four sides. Sides that are not used remain capped. The gully includes a braz with dirt catcher. Cover grid and braz can be easily removed to allow throughout cleaning. Gully outlet has the diameter of 110 mm and is directed downwards.
