AUM 015 is an automatic stainless wash basin to be fixed on wall. The wash basin is not equipped by usual sensor mixer but a durable st.steel arm is used with incorporated contactless sensor control. This way the wash basin is much more resistant to damage. Optoelectronic sensor reacts to hands under the arm – when hands are placed to sensor zone water automatically starts running as the electromagnetic valve opens. The valve stays open for a pre-set period of time after hands are removed (decay time). Wash basin is equipped against hot water overpressure. Wash basin outlet is equipped by a stainless grid that prevents subjects from falling to waste trap. 6/4" nipple is welded to it to connect the waste trap or to allow direct discharge to sewerage drains (braz is assembled at another place). The wash basin has no welded-in moulding but is all welded from 1.5 mm thick metal sheet – therefore it is much more resistant. Inner edges are welded at 90°. We also supply the wash basin as a bowl without arm. When ordering it needs to be specify if a wall mixer (without a hole in wash basin) or pillar mixer (diameter of hole in the wash basin on the left or on the right) is to be used. Outlet and fittings comprise a part of the delivery.

The AUM 015 stainless steel washbasin, in its construction and finish, meets EU standards and is mainly intended for food processing industry. It may be utilized in any other operations, where increased hygienic standards along with maximal water savings are required

AUM 015 is manufactured from the stainless steel AISI 304. Other materials (e.g. AISI 316) possible on order. For cleaning we recomnned WÜRTH detergents – material preservation (no. 0893 121 K) and material cleaning (no. 893 121 1).
