AUS 3, AUS 3P automatic surface shower unit - sensor- or piezo-controlled

AUS 3 is an automatic sensor-controlled surface shower unit with a thermostatic valve and START/STOP system. Water starts running after a brief shading of the sensor by a user’s hand. Water stops running after repeated shading of the sensor. If no shading of the sensor takes place, water automatically stops running after laps of preconfigured period of the water flow. The water temperature is set by means of a thermostatic-mixing valve; the water input is controlled by an electromagnetic valve.

AUS 3.P is a shower mixer controlled by means of a resistant piezo-button. The user starts and stops the water by touching the button. If the user does not stop the water it will automatically stop running after a pre-set period of time (time of opening) expires.

Automatic shower units can be used to replace a classic unit with spacing from 100 to 150 mm without any construction work.

The AUS 3 (AUS 3.P) are particularly suitable for company showers, swimming pools, sports premises etc.

AUS 3 and AUS 3.P is manufactured from the stainless steel AISI 304. Other materials (e.g. AISI 316) possible on order. For cleaning we recomnned WÜRTH detergents – material preservation (no. 0893 121 K) and material cleaning (no. 893 121 1).

Version types
Tap AUS 3 is produced in two electric power supply versions :
AUS 3 - supplied with a.c. voltage of 12 V from source of power supply ZAC
AUS 3.B - supplied with d.c. voltage of 6 V from cylindrical batteries placed under the ceramics of the urinal. It does not need any external input of power supply. The electronics program guarantees that the electromagnetic valve does not open the water inlet without enough battery capacity to ensure its closing.
